The Galley

The Galley reimagines the kitchen sink as a workstation, a long basin with tiered ledges that carry boards, racks, and bowls so prep, rinse, and cleanup all happen in one place.
What The Galley makes
The Galley builds culinary workstations rather than ordinary sinks. Each Workstation is a single or double basin, offered in a range of lengths from compact to very wide, with upper and lower ledges machined into the basin walls. Those ledges carry a matched set of accessories, cutting and serving boards, drying and drainer racks, colanders, bowls, and drainer trays, that slide along the length and stack on two levels, so a whole prep sequence runs over the basin. Finishes include brushed and matte stainless and coated options, and the company builds a Tap faucet and Wash Station units to work with the same system. Because the accessories move and combine, one workstation adapts from prep to serving to cleanup. The line is aimed at kitchens that want the sink to do the work of a prep counter as well as a wash basin.

The design at the center
The engineering idea is the tiered ledge system built into the basin. Standard sinks give you one flat bottom; The Galley machines two continuous ledges into the sink walls, an upper tier and a lower tier, so accessories ride at different heights and can sit side by side or stack. A board can span the top for cutting while a colander drains below it into the same basin, and rinsed items move to a drying rack without leaving the sink. That layering is what turns a basin into a working zone: prep, wash, drain, and serve happen along the length rather than crowding the counter. The stainless is a heavy culinary grade built to take daily use, and the accessory set is designed as one coordinated kit rather than add-ons.
