What SKS makes
SKS builds a coordinated built-in kitchen rather than a scattered catalog. The cooking side centers on 36 and 48-inch pro ranges and rangetops offered in dual-fuel, gas, and induction, several of which combine gas burners, an induction zone, and an integrated sous vide bath on a single surface. Refrigeration runs to fully integrated French-door models and to column refrigerators, freezers, and wine columns that accept cabinet panels and sit flush with the surrounding run. The line adds built-in wall ovens, a combination steam oven, dishwashers, and a microwave drawer, so a kitchen can be finished in one family of controls and finishes. The design language is restrained stainless meant to disappear into cabinetry, and the whole suite is built by the same parent company behind LG's premium refrigeration.
The sous vide built into the cooktop
The point that sets the line apart is precision cooking brought onto the range itself. One burner position is an integrated sous vide zone, a water bath built into the cooktop that holds a set temperature closely enough to cook proteins and vegetables in vacuum-sealed bags without a separate immersion circulator. Alongside it, the induction elements react quickly and hold low simmers that gas struggles to keep steady, while the gas burners cover high-heat searing and wok work. The result is three cooking methods on one surface, chosen by the dish rather than the appliance. The wall ovens and combination steam oven extend that control into baking and roasting, and probe-based programs hold internal temperatures across the suite.
