The cooking side offers gas, electric, and induction ranges and cooktops, many with an air-fry mode and a probe, plus over-range microwaves and wall ovens. The laundry line is large, with high-capacity front-load and top-load washers, matching dryers, and combination washer-dryer units that wash and dry in one drum. Dishwashers round out the kitchen. The refrigeration and laundry features
What LG is known for sits in its refrigeration and laundry. The InstaView door puts a tinted glass panel on the front that lights up when tapped, so a household can see inside without opening the door and letting cold air out, and the door-in-door design adds an outer compartment for often-used items. The craft-ice maker forms slow-melting round ice for drinks, a feature most refrigerators do not offer. In laundry, LG builds large-capacity drums with a direct-drive motor that runs the wash without a belt, which lowers vibration and wear, and its combination washer-dryer handles both jobs in one machine for tighter spaces. Steam cycles and app control run across both the refrigeration and laundry. The engineering leans toward capacity, convenience, and connected features rather than a pro or built-in orientation.
