Lynx
Everything Lynx builds lives outdoors, from the grill at the center of a patio kitchen to the burners, warming drawers, and refrigeration that fill out the rest of the run.
What Lynx makes
Lynx is an outdoor-kitchen brand. Its core is the gas grill, built in freestanding and built-in form in the Professional and Sedona lines, sized from compact carts up to wide multi-burner units. Around the grill, the catalog covers side burners and power burners for pots and sauces, smoker and rotisserie systems, and a pizza oven for high-heat baking. Warming drawers, storage and access doors, and trash and utility modules turn a grill island into a full outdoor kitchen, and outdoor-rated refrigeration and ice fill in the cold side. Ventilation hoods sized for covered patios handle smoke where a grill sits under a roof. Materials are chosen for weather: heavy welded stainless, corrosion-resistant hardware, and finishes meant to hold up to sun, rain, and salt air over years of outdoor use.

Built for the weather
The engineering that separates outdoor equipment from indoor is corrosion resistance and radiant heat control, and Lynx builds for both. Brass burners and a hot-surface ceramic ignition stand up to the moisture and temperature swings a patio sees, where lighter metals would pit and fail. Ceramic briquettes spread the burner's heat into an even radiant bed that reduces flare-ups from dripping fat and holds a steady grilling temperature. For high-heat work, a Trident infrared burner drives the searing heat a steakhouse uses, and a motorized rotisserie handles roasts and whole birds. The welded stainless body and heavy grates carry heat and resist warping. Those choices are why the equipment is built to stay outside season after season rather than be rolled indoors.
